Our Policies
No Show Policy: No-shows will be charged a 50% fee of all booked service(s) due before rescheduling an appointment.
Required Cancellation Policy: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Last minute cancellations will be subject to a 50% service fee.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you will be marked as a NO-SHOW and asked to reschedule.
In the event of sudden illness or an emergency please notify us immediately and a one time courtesy may be given at the discretion of the Esthetician. All last minute cancellations will be logged and noted in these events. Please do not abuse this.
Gift Certificates: All physical gift cards have a 6 month expiration date beginning the date the gift card was issued.
