Shipping Rates
- Orders under $75: $8 flat-rate shipping
- Orders $75 and up: complimentary shipping

Processing Time
Orders are packed with love in Salmon, Idaho, and ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Local to Salmon? Choose local pickup at checkout, and we'll let you know when your order is ready at 818 Main St, Ste K.

Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sweetcheekswaxingskincare.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then reach out to us. We're happy to help.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
